Can we bring our own beverages or food into the facility?

Due to health code regulations, no outside food or drinks are allowed in our facilities. A wide variety of food and beverage selections are available at Hard Knocks’ Combat Café. Catering options are also available through one of our preferred caterers for special events booked through our Group Sales Department.

Do I still need a membership for a group event?

No, memberships are not required for group events. The membership fee is waived for the day of your event for each individual.

How do I book a group event?

Once you’re ready to make you reservation, please call the Group Sales Department at 855-9COMBAT (855-926-6228) option 1 to reserve. A non-refundable deposit will be required. The deposit amount will vary depending on the package selected. The deposit will be charged at the time your reservation is made and will then be applied to your event balance. For most events, the remaining balance is paid on the day of your event.

When should I schedule my event?

All group events must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance by calling the Group Sales Department at 407-359-9091 ext. 108 or toll free at 855-9COMBAT (855-926-6228) ext. 108.

When can I host my event?

Events can be scheduled any day of the week. Private events can be hosted before we open to the general public allowing your group to have a private party at the facility. You may also select a time during our open hours, but keep in mind your group may be required to share the combat arenas with the general public.

What types of events does Hard Knocks host?

Hard Knocks is available for any type of group gathering, celebration or event. We’ve hosted numerous corporate team building events, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, youth and student group events, bar/bat mitzvahs, and college fraternity and sorority socials just to name a few.

We are pleased to offer a variety of different packages to meet the needs of various groups. We are also able to battle plan a custom experience for large groups and corporate team building events based on their needs and objectives. Our group pricing is tiered and based on the size of your party and which portions of the facility you wish to use.

How many people do I need to be a group?

The minimum number of people required to be considered a group will vary depending on the package selected. Hard Knocks offers a tiered pricing system based on actual guest count and selected portions of the facility utilized to ensure the best rate possible for each event.
