1.What is Hard Knocks?
Hard Knocks has the nation's first indoor combat simulation arenas open to the public and boasts Florida's largest and most advanced Gaming Lounge.

2. Where are you located?
At the moment, Orlando is our only location, however with growing popularity we look to open more facilities in the near future. The address is: 5707 Dot Com Court • Oviedo • Florida 32765.

From UCF:
Head north on Alafaya Trail
Turn left on Econ River Place and continue 1/4 mile
Turn right onto Dot Com Court
Hard Knocks is on the right, Suite 1025

From Oviedo:
Head south on Alafaya Trail (434)

3. What are the hours of operation?
Hard Knocks is open to the public during the hours noted below:

Friday
04:00PM – 12:00AM
Saturday

Extended hours are offered on regular and school holidays. Hard Knocks has a flexible business model. Ask us about booking the right time slot for your special event.

4. Is a membership required?
Yes. Hard Knocks currently offers two Membership options to choose from. Defcon 4 is our introductory level membership and has a once annual $10 registration cost. Defcon 3 members will enjoy discounts on both combat and gaming time, as well as additional benefits for only $20 semi-annually. Customers visiting us for a group event are waived of their individual registration fees for the event. A more detailed description is available on our membership pricing page.

5. Can I use someone else’s membership?
Everyone who plays in our combat arenas or gaming lounge must use their own active membership card. Time and memberships are non transferrable. If it is your first time in our facility, our knowledgeable staff can answer any questions you have prior to purchasing a membership. Also, time-permitting, we are able to offer tours of our facility prior to a membership purchase.

6. I lost my HK membership card. What should I do?
You must have a Hard Knocks membership card with you when participating in combat sports or in the Gaming Lounge. If you lost or misplaced your card, please let us know immediately. That way we can lock your account and protect your time balance. You can replace your card at your next visit.

7. If I lost my membership card do I lose my minutes as well?
No. As long as your membership status is active, all un-used minutes will remain on your account for a full year from the date of membership activation.

8. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards. You are able to purchase them in our facility or on the Web. Those that are purchased over the internet will be mailed out within 24 hours. Gift Card amounts available are: $25, $35, $50, $75, or $100.

9. Does Hard Knocks sell refreshments?
Hard Knocks carries a wide assortment of Coca-Cola, Pepsi and high energy beverages. We also provide an arrangement of snacks including bagged chips, cookies and candy.

10. How can I stay informed about tournaments, specials, and the latest happenings at Hard Knocks?
Hard Knocks uses a variety of methods to get our information into your hands. The website, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and FourSquare are always up date with news and information. Hard Knocks also sends out a monthly newsletter, "The Wire", which keeps registered members up to date on current events, pricing discounts, and special offers.

11. What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Check processing is available for corporate clients.
